Once technically demanding projects move from planning to reality, it takes more than just project management. It requires operational leadership, a structured approach, and someone who masters both technology and implementation equally.
Projects rarely go off track because of a lack of know-how – more often, it’s the structure, commitment, or time needed to truly manage complexity that’s missing. This is exactly where I come into play.
I take on engineering and launch projects where technology, customer requirements, and internal processes need to be aligned. Typically, these are programs that have already been sold but are not yet organized – so-called "Booked Business" that must be delivered.
As the interface between the customer, engineering, quality, logistics, and production, I bring clarity, structure, and momentum to the project. I understand both sides: the requirements on the customer side and the necessities within the organization. My goal is to turn project components into a workable plan – with reliable communication, binding milestones, and tangible progress.
Technically, I speak the language of the specialist departments, organizationally, I understand the expectations of customers – and in practice, I bridge both sides. I am present, reliable, and resilient – even when others are still evaluating.
