When the company is under pressure, a plan alone is not enough, and what is needed is someone who holds the situation, provides direction, and makes decisive decisions. I take charge where things get tight – in transformations, restructuring phases, or crisis-driven change situations.

Whether as part of a planned reorganization, an IDW S6-based restructuring, or as an operational stabilization measure: I take on responsibility, create structure, calm communication, and guide the organization through unrest.

I consciously step away from the classic consulting role – I am part of the system for a limited time. Presence, clarity, and trust are key factors in this process. I take tensions seriously, speak openly, and ensure that actions are not discussed but implemented.

Stakeholder management, line leadership, operational implementation – these three areas cannot be separated in times of crisis. That’s why I am there where impact is needed: between management, team, and customers, between analysis and action.
