Sales needs clarity, direction, and leadership. When goals are formulated but not achieved, when customer relationships remain unstructured, or when markets are vaguely defined, the foundation needs to be rethought – strategically, practically, and with a focus on implementation.
In interim assignments, I take on the operational leadership of sales projects, support the establishment of new business units, define structures, and lead teams to achieve their goals. The key is not to introduce new tools, but to establish commitment, structure, and accountability – both internally and at the customer interface.
